Welcome to ComfyCue Technologies. By accessing or purchasing from our website for Deskmat products, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

1. General

  • These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of Deskmat products by ComfyCue Technologies to customers in India.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
  • ComfyCue reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Products

  • We sell Deskmat products only through our official online platform.
  • All product descriptions, images, and specifications are for reference purposes only; minor variations may occur.
  • Prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3. Orders

  • Orders can be placed online through our official website only.
  • An order is considered confirmed once full payment is received.
  • ComfyCue reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of incorrect pricing, unavailability of stock, or suspicious transactions.
  • Customers will receive an order confirmation email upon successful payment.

4. Payments

  • All payments must be made online using the payment methods provided at checkout.
  • ComfyCue does not store customer payment details; transactions are processed securely by third-party payment gateways.
  • Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully completed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship only within India (domestic).
  • Orders are dispatched within 0–7 business days after order confirmation and successful payment.
  • Delivery times depend on the courier service and your location.
  • ComfyCue is not liable for delays caused by courier or postal services but ensures the order is handed over to the courier within the stated timeframe.

6. Returns & Replacements

  • Returns or replacements are accepted only for defective or damaged products received by the customer.
  • Customers must notify us of any issue within 48 hours of delivery via email at sales@ComfyCue.com.
  • Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
  • Shipping costs for returns (if applicable) will be communicated during the return process.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
  • Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • ComfyCue’s liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the ComfyCue website, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is the property of ComfyCue Technologies and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
  • Unauthorized reproduction or use of any material is prohibited.

10. Privacy

  • Personal information provided during purchase (such as name, address, email, and phone number) is used solely for order processing and delivery.
  • We respect your privacy and do not share customer details with third parties except as required for shipping or legal compliance.
